Shipping and returns

Package delivery

As a general rule, packages are sent within 72 hours after payment reception, through a courier service with tracking number and delivery without signature.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. These expenses will be applied to each shipment individually. The rates that will apply are the following:

You have the right to return within 15 days of purchase. Returns will be paid using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.

We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to adequately protect all items. The return charges will be borne by the client if the item is not to his/her liking. The subsequent shipment for changing the article will be in charge of NOWORDBOOKS.

The return address will be made at the Barcelona headquarters.
